Your responsibilities will include: Conducting pay benchmarking and reward data analysis Supporting union consultations effectively Presenting complex reward insights to senior leadership and the board Playing an integral part of exciting new projects, such as redesigning the rewards infrastructure with fresh perspectives. Intermediate Excel proficiency is essential, as you will build spreadsheets and interpret formulas to support your strategic insights.
