Aggregator Relationship Manager
Role Description
Allianz Pet has a fantastic opportunity to join the Aggregator Team as an Aggregator Relationship Manager.
Allianz Pet is now entering the next stage of development and is looking to achieve major growth across its portfolio of brands. Identified for ‘unconstrained growth’, the business is increasing pet insurance distribution across all trading models including Price Comparison Websites/Aggregators.
The Aggregator Relationship Manager (pet) will play a key role in the day-to-day management of Aggregator relationships and the delivery of sales and Gross Written Premium (GWP) through these partnerships.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £60,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
As the Aggregator Relationship Manager you will be responsible for;
Strategy Execution:
* Assist in the delivery of the pet insurance new business sales and GWP targets for the aggregator channel.
* Identify and assess growth opportunities and work with internal business stakeholders to build effective business cases for quick implementation.
* Provide clear articulation of aggregator needs ensuring their unique dynamics are considered in strategic decision making.
Performance Management:
* Support best-in-class PCW trading and drive sales performance in line with targets.
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, clicks, conversion rates, positions on site and pricing effectiveness and make recommendations and support actions to drive sales growth.
* Work with aggregators to define and deliver a promotional calendar of activity to increase visibility and high-quality traffic generation.
Relationship Management:
* Build strong relationships with key aggregator contacts to support the pet trading strategy.
* Collaborate with aggregator contacts to ensure the successful deployment of change projects and proposition enhancements leveraging your ability to get things prioritised.
Compliance and Risk Management:
* Ensure all trading activities adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with trading on aggregator platforms.
Essential Skills
To be successful in this role you will be/have;
* Experience trading insurance products via Price Comparison Websites/Aggregators.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful activity to drive sales growth.
* Excellent relationship management experience
* Strong communication skills and a persuasive manner that can get things done.
* Flexible mind-set and ‘can do’ attitude.
* Highly collaborative and able to work as part of a cross-functional team.
* Highly numerate and commercially aware
* Understanding of commercial models and pricing strategies
* Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the insurance industry.
