Business/Partner Development Manager - London/Hybrid - 12 Months - £240-£290 Umbrella
A global technology company is looking for an experienced Business/Partner Development Manager to join their team on an initial 12-month assignment.
Duties:
1. Assist in developing new methods and approaches to recruiting and developing Distribution Managed Partners.
2. Prioritise and concentrate efforts on high potential accounts.
3. Weekly partner visits, driving Sales floor activity and communication.
4. Identify opportunities and flag challenges as they arise.
5. Know the product line thoroughly and showcase the range at every opportunity.
6. Implement and manage regular training with channel partners, including but not limited to product, pricing and promotional programs.
7. Responsible for creating, driving and monitoring sales floor incentives, focus days and where applicable reseller events.
8. Support funded heads and Sales Floor associates both technically and administratively.
9. Work closely with teams to request collateral and ensure it is tailored to appropriate channel partners.
10. Identify modern workplace opportunities and consistently promote, manage and educate the attach message, including device, accessories, warranty and services.
11. Provide weekly account updates, partner scorecards and feedback on channel business.
12. Contribute in team calls and meetings to help raise the profile of Distribution in the team.
13. Assist with the creation of account plans and content.
Skills and Experience:
1. Min 3-4 years market and business performance analytics - required.
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills - required.
3. Passion for technology - preferred.
