Role Title: Quality Assurance Technician Location: Work Schedule: Full-time, 45 hours per week (Tuesday to Saturday).
Tuesday through Friday (5am to 3pm) and Saturday (7am to 5pm).
The Quality Assurance Technician ensures that production meets legal, safety, and quality standards. Food Safety & GMP:
Conduct audits and spot checks to maintain safety, legal, and quality standards.
Sampling & Monitoring:
Training & Certification:
Deliver induction training and maintain staff certifications.
Address ongoing training needs in collaboration with management.
Conduct traceability audits and ensure documentation aligns with policies.
Analyse quality data to identify trends and support improvement initiatives.
Minimum 1 year of QA experience in food production or manufacturing.
Knowledge of food safety standards and quality protocols.
Effective communication and training delivery skills.
Proficiency with QA tools and systems.
