About The Role
Our Experienced Hire team manages the recruitment of thousands of people into PwC in the UK every year. Our team consists of over 70 talent acquisition professionals, who are each passionate about providing recruitment solutions enabling us to attract high calibre and diverse candidates to PwC. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you’ll be an integral part of our Talent Community Team. You will work closely with Experienced Hire and the firm to research the market and source talent for a wide range of roles across multiple business areas, throughout our UK offices. You’ll be responsible for the research, identification, attraction, pipelining and management of candidate and hiring manager experience for Manager, Senior Manager and Director grade hires.
What Your Days Will Look Like
* Liaise with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, Employer Brand and TA Senior Leadership Team to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
* Use creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify high calibre diverse external talent via direct sourcing, market mapping and advanced research.
* Build and maintain a network of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, supporting a Talent Community that is skill aligned against PwC growth plans.
* Conduct role/industry market intelligence and candidate/competitor analysis, utilising available tools, to share with business stakeholders.
This Role Is For You If
* Proven experience managing the full cycle of experienced hire recruitment, from vacancy brief through to offer, within a recruitment agency, RPO or in-house environment.
* Evidence of using data/MI to provide insight, inform business decisions and create sourcing strategies.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, experienced in managing multiple sources strategies within tight deadlines.
* Commercially minded, able to understand how Sourcing/Talent Communities can support the requirements of stakeholders and the wider business.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at a range of levels both remotely and face to face.
* Preferable experience of sourcing for niche roles within professional or financial organisations.
