Your keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will shine as you tackle a variety of tasks, including: Processing business submissions within set service level agreements Submitting new business to providers and managing enquiries Liaising with clients and providers for any outstanding information Conducting one-month checks to ensure submission completeness Assisting with account-related enquiries, including clawbacks and commission queries Tracking business succession and monitoring shared inboxes Acting as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries Supporting the team during staff absences with mandatory daily tasks Overseeing the deceased client process, ensuring communication and documentation are managed effectively Managing initial advice meeting processes and maintaining client files Providing clients with requested information and updates Monitoring risk assessments and following up with clients Issuing confirmation letters and managing document requests Ensuring annual cleansing of hard copy files What we're looking for: A proactive individual with a background in administration within Financial Services Exceptional organisational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment Why join us?
