We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in their early years, fostering their development and preparing them for future learning. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years..
* Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met.
* Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through play and structured learning.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements:
* A minimum Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Experience working in an early years setting.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one, and be on the update service).
