What you’ll do:
1. Hiring, developing and retaining customer success staff in line with the business plans for the practice across EMEA
2. Direct liaison and alignment with the NetSuite product sales organisation
3. Inputting into the execution and strategy for the delivery of applications consulting services
4. Achievement of customer success utilisation and revenue targets for your team’s vertical area
5. Accurate forecasting of customer success team project engagement
6. Ensuring high/low cost resource mix is maximised
7. Execution of performance management processes ensuring the ongoing enhancement of the skills and capabilities of the customer success team.
8. Development and introduction of new customer success services and propositions (in alignment with NetSuite EMEA Consulting management)
9. Manage a portfolio of projects as project sponsor supporting the customer success team and act as an escalation point
10. Liaison with AMO organisation in terms of commercial account components (upsells
11. Liaison with support organisation as needed on product enhancements or defects
12. Form part of the Executive Leadership team inputting into Customer Success strategy, growth and cross team working
13. Drive CSAT and references across portfolio
Skills and Qualifications needed:
14. Experience of managing and leading Consulting/Professional Services/Implementation teams
15. Experience of delivering Consulting/Professional Services/Implementation in multiple countries across EMEA
16. Knowledge of mid-market ERP applications
17. Understanding of the full cloud deployment project lifecycle
18. Strong leadership and management skills
19. Experience of planning, organising and directing the activities of Consulting/Professional Services/Implementation teams
20. Understanding of the business trends within the mid-market enterprise applications market
21. Evidenced ability to lead change and encourage new and better ways of working
22. Thorough understanding of delivery processes for cloud projects and the metrics that are appropriate for their estimation and delivery
23. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
24. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure – including the ability to motivate and influence others
25. 8+ years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience and preferably 2 years of project management leadership experience
26. Ability to travel as needed
