Job summary Healthcare Assistants are essential and valued team members that play a very important role in a patient's hospital journey. You will be working as part of a multi disciplinary team alongside Nurses, Therapists, Doctors, Discharge Coordinators and Administrators. The aim is to deliver high quality care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, supporting rehabilitation goals in order for patients to be able to go home safely.
