Together we can make a difference About the role: Are you passionate about digital content and eager to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry? In this role, you'll lead our digital initiatives for the Compression Therapy category, specifically working with our brand JOBST. You'll shape our digital communication strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences, create optimized content, and drive our social media and digital activation plans. What you will do: Lead Digital Strategy for JOBST: Formulate and execute global search strategies, social media strategies, and digital activation plans across brand and innovation campaigns. Create Optimized Digital Content: Develop search-optimized content for various digital touchpoints, including eCommerce, websites, eShops, email, and social media. Manage the JOBST Brand Website : Oversee user experience, search engine optimization, and content for brand websites, ensuring they meet brand, best practice guidelines and Medical Device Regulation requirements. Monitor and Report Performance: Track and report on website performance and social media activities, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush and native social analytics platforms to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Agencies & Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with various agencies and internal teams (product, medical affairs, legal, regulatory, ecom, etc) to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital strategies. Support Digital Marketing Efforts: Provide strategic digital guidance & support for all markets, working with internal stakeholders from different departments to enhance campaign communication and content sharing. Coordinate with Technical Teams: Liaise with technical teams to ensure website functionality and content integration, optimizing user experience. Who you are: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent fields. Bringing a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital communication, digital marketing or eCommerce. Experienced in creating digital content, managing social media, using content management systems, and leading agency collaborations. A proactive and organized self-starter, with exceptional planning and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
