Marketing Executive
Do you have a passion for working within a Marketing Function? Are you based in the Binley, Coventry area? Stark, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for a new team member who is as passionate about great service as we are, on a 3 month FTC.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Ensure a data and insights driven approach to all marketing activity, to determine the right campaigns, approach and marketing mix, through to measuring the outcome as well as output impacts.
2. Support Senior Marketing Manager with tactical delivery of national campaigns, live customer events, sponsorship programmes, hospitality calendar, loyalty scheme(s) and local marketing activity.
3. Actively support the Head of Marketing – Operations where required, as an extension of the branch/depot/store focused team.
4. Work in close collaboration with Corporate Communications and E-commerce & Digital Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across engagement platforms.
5. Utilise data and insight to shape decisions and success measures.
6. Understand and consider the optimal strategic interventions and courses of action to drive account and revenue growth, as well as building brand equity and positive reputation across all STARK UK brands.
7. Support collaboration and socialization during development phases, to optimize buy-in and ownership of implementation.
8. Understand and consider scenarios and potential consequences (intended and unintended) in developing and then implementing programmes, to manage risk mitigation and reputation outcomes.
9. Help manage programmes and projects in line with PMO and Marketing governance controls, ensuring multiple initiatives are delivered on time and in full, balancing priorities and budgets accordingly.
What you’ll need to have:
1. Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree or related qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or similar.
2. Marketing experience, the majority of which will have been in B2B.
3. Comfortable to manage and work with pace and focus during a period of significant transformation, using own initiative.
4. Ability to manage high volumes of work and multiple, competing priorities in a professional and efficient manner.
5. Experience in marketing to traditional and hard-to-reach B2B audiences, via traditional and digital media.
6. High proficiency with data analysis and how to apply this to decision making and impact measurement.
7. Proficiency with digital and traditional marketing communication channels.
8. Solid knowledge of customer relationship and stakeholder management, and content management systems.
9. Occasional ad-hoc out of office hours support.
