An exciting opportunity has arisen for two exceptional Corporate Administrators to work within NHS Golden Jubilee Corporate Governance Department.
We are seeking to appoint an individual with previous experience of working in a demanding and challenging administration role together with an understanding of the NHS or a large and complex multisite organisation within the Public or Private sector. Joining an established team, one Corporate Administrator will support the Deputy Director of Quality, Performance, Planning and Programmes and the Director of Estates and Capital Projects. The other Corporate Administrator will support the Director of Medical Education and will provide administrative support to all postgraduate and undergraduate education processes. This role will be fast paced and unpredictable and it is important that you can demonstrate through experience a sound understanding of the need for discretion and diplomacy in a confidential setting.
There are a number of meetings that the post holder will be expected to support therefore experience of minute taking at a senior level is essential.
This role requires the ability to be flexible, have good organisational and communication skills. In this unique and key role, you will have the opportunity to support Executive Directors across a portfolio of high profile and critical work programmes requiring an ability to work collaboratively both internally and externally to the organisation.
The successfully appointed candidate will be expected to undertake all aspects of secretarial/administrative support to the two Directors and have a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office. In this key role you will also have the opportunity to support Executive Directors and Senior Managers across a wide portfolio of high profile and critical work programmes requiring an ability to work collaboratively both internally and externally to the organisation. A proven track record of working at Senior Management level in a busy organisation where competing priorities are a daily challenge is essential.

It is essential that the post-holder can demonstrate a high degree of organisational ability, minute taking experience and excellent written and oral communication skills.
The hours of this post will be worked across core office hours Monday to Friday and has the opportunity of hybrid working (2 days on site, 3 days working from home).
