Our client, a prominent organisation in the Building Control sector, is seeking a Registered Building Inspector to join their expanding team in the West Midlands. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in Building Control to contribute to both plan checking and site inspections within a supportive and flexible working environment. Key Responsibilities: Conducting thorough plan checks to ensure compliance with building regulations and standards Performing detailed site inspections to monitor construction activities and adherence to approved plans Identifying and addressing any issues or non-compliance during site visits Providing clear and concise reports based on inspections and plan assessments Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Offering expertise and support to clients and colleagues on Building Control matters Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant building regulations and industry standards Ensuring all work is completed in line with class 2 regulations.
