An administrator with experience is sought for a Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm office-based role (1 hour lunch). The candidate must have extensive knowledge and skills in the use of Excel spreadsheets.
The role involves assisting in taking company data from our Job Booking system (JobLogic) and creating spreadsheets with supporting information to seek payment for the works from our clients. Previous extensive use and knowledge of Excel is critical, as is being self-driven to work on your own initiative while also being part of a team when needed.
