Taylor Hobson is seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Specialist to spearhead our customer relationship management initiatives and drive business growth through effective CRM strategies and technologies.
This role reports directly to the IT Manager and offers a unique opportunity to help lead the migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Salesforce, shaping Taylor Hobson's CRM processes.
As the CRM Specialist, you will oversee the transition, manage and enhance our new Salesforce CRM system, and create reports and analyses (e.g., pipeline, sales metrics, customer insights) to better understand customer behaviour, support business growth, and inform strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for candidates who are super-users and well-grounded in both MS Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, with proven experience using tools like Power Apps, Power BI, and Excel to extract actionable insights. You have a strong analytical mindset, with a track record of improving data quality and optimising CRM systems to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth and successful implementation of Salesforce across Sales, Marketing, Service, Knowledge Base and CPQ. Actively participate at all levels of the implementation - Planning, Analysis & Design, Build & Test, Transition and Support. Take appropriate ownership where necessary.
* Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the business and global offices to translate user requirements into technical solutions for CRM.
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for CRM across the various modules and ensure status updates are provided to users in a timely manner.
* Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
* Set up users and manage security roles.
* Manage configuration and maintenance of the CRM platform including workflows and system views.
* Deliver Training Programs: Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops and seminars to ensure effective learning, adoption and proficiency in CRM use.
* Ensure technical and training documentation is up to date.
* Create detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs and communicate insights to management and stakeholders.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current in industry trends and best practices to boost user experience.
Requirements for Consideration
* Educated to degree level (BSc or BEng) or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline (minimum 2:1).
* 3-5 years proven experience in CRM management or administration.
* Strong proficiency in CRM software (preferable both Microsoft Dynamics 365 AND Salesforce).
* Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business to achieve shared objectives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrate tenacity and drive in delivering objectives and ability to convince others to support.
* Highly motivated, hardworking, happy to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
* Able to cope with varying levels of demand and stress.
* Well-organised with ability to adjust quickly and efficiently to changing conditions, requirements and priorities.
* Able to produce high quality work to agreed deadlines.
* Possess an analytical and creative approach to problem solving.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Proficient with Power Apps, Power BI, MS Office Suite, SQL Server, SSRS, SharePoint.
