The role of Power Electronics Engineer reports directly to the Electronics Manager, requiring someone with substantial industry experience, and is unlikely to be suited to a junior engineer. As a Power Electronics Engineer in our organisation, you'll be responsible for designing firmware for embedded systems, working from specification all the way through to test and production. It's a 360 role where you will get the opportunity to work on something from scratch.
Power Electronics Engineer Requirements:
1. Degree qualified or equivalent in Electronics/Power Systems Engineering
2. Power Electronics Circuit Design Knowledge ranging from 100v to 1000v
3. 1-3kWh experience
4. DC-DC & AC-DC Power Conversion
5. Battery technology is highly desirable
