We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with a robust background in providing comprehensive care for adults with complex needs and physical conditions to join our client's team for day shifts. The ideal candidate will possess a Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our client's residents.
The following qualifications are necessary for this role:
* RGN qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for building strong relationships with patients and their families
* Proficiency in effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary team setting

As a Registered Nurse with a focus on day shifts, your key responsibilities will encompass:
* Delivering comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with complex needs, including the administration of prescribed medications, delivery of respiratory care and tracheostomy management
* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique requirements
* Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the medical team for immediate attention
* Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring unwavering compliance with regulatory standards for patient care and documentation
* Educating patients and their families on disease management and promoting wellness strategies to enhance overall well-being
* Creating and fostering a supportive, empathetic environment for patients and their loved ones, ensuring their comfort and peace of mind
