The Role:
We are looking for a motivated Senior Administrative Assistant with experience of working with people from diverse language and cultural backgrounds, to carry out a wide range of administrative functions. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, have previous IT experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Highly motivated, you will have the ability to work under pressure, approaching tasks with confidence and clarity. You will use your own initiative to ensure tasks are carried out in the most appropriate way, and in keeping with EMTAS (
Ethnic Minority and Traveller Achievement Service) and Hampshire County Council policies and protocols. You will be proactive and flexible in your approach and have the ability to work as part of a team, supporting the wider business needs.
This is a temporary, Term:Time only (39 weeks) role with the potential of becoming permanent. The working hours for this role areTuesday to Friday, 30 hours per week.
