Fast paced café/restaurant is seeking a Catering Manager to deliver excellent food, service, and a great experience for all their customers.
Key Requirements for the Role:
1. You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a varied team within a busy restaurant/café.
2. Be sales-driven, achieving company targets and budgets, and ensuring all legal compliance is achieved, and company guidelines are followed.
3. The ideal candidate must be experienced in kitchen and front-of-house management.
4. You will have an understanding of an EPOS till system.
5. You will have excellent cooking skills and food presentation.
6. Ensuring appropriate menu offerings at all times, with a high level of presentation within a hygienic and safe environment.
7. An understanding of managing waste and budgets with good margin control and budgeting.
8. You will have a passion for customer service in a restaurant environment as well as business management skills.
