Are you an experienced administrator with experience handling payroll and financial duties? Looking for an exciting, permanent position and to be part of a fantastic team? Long-Term Teachers are working with a college based in Bournemouth, that support students aged 16 - 25.
Some of your key duties include:
PETTY CASH:
* Money in and money out records
* Weekly Cash reconciliation
* Access to work claims
* Purchasing of Safer Recruitment
PAYROLL:
* Timesheets monthly
* Payroll month end for salaried and hourly staff
* Organise and communicate deadlines including overtime and hourly timesheets
* Rota calculations, checks with RM’s
* Cross checking reports for monthly and salaried
* Process salary adjustment
* Pensions
* Staff Expenses
ITRENT:
* Advise central of required updates to ITrent
* Absence reporting and checking
We are looking for someone with strong experience, who is confident, but has a caring, patient approach to their work. It is important you can be a team player, but also have the initiative to work independently in a fast-paced environment, especially during busier times. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in payroll or administration, however we are open to hearing from applications who don't have this, but have very strong experience.
You will be contracted to work up to 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
