To provide 3rd line Digital support to the user population of the East of England Ambulance Service related to all Digital systems within the Trust, including but not limited to Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) 999 systems, windows server infrastructure, local and wide area network, telephony systems, and the Trust's business systems.
Main duties of the job
1. Assist with other associated functions such as asset management, Digital security, network administration, Digital procurement and project work as required.
2. Manage, deliver and ensure the availability of Digital systems to the user population of the East of England Ambulance Service, including but not limited to EOC 999 telephony and systems, and the Trust's business systems and applications.
3. Plan and deliver technical work streams for Digital projects, including but not limited to EOC 999 telephony, applications, and the Trust's business systems.
4. Provide, deliver and facilitate ad-hoc Digital training to the user population of the East of England Ambulance Service.
5. Provide out of hours on-call support on a rota basis for the Trust's critical Infrastructure and Applications.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* oMCSA or 3 years proven hands-on experience administering and configuring Windows server operating systems.
* oGCSE in English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent.
* oFull UK Driving licence (up to 3 points may be considered dependent on point code).
* oITIL 3 or 4 Foundation.
Experience
* Minimum of four years I.T. support including a minimum of 2 years 2nd line support.
* Experience of Windows Server and Workstation operating systems.
* Advanced working knowledge of Active Directory.
* Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office applications.
* Experience of computer-aided dispatch systems and their associated interfaces.
* Experience of M365 administration.
* Experience of Telephony systems, including analogue and digital services.
* Experience of working on National IT NHS Programmes.
* Experience of SCCM/EDM Imaging administration.
Skills and Knowledge
* Able to communicate well with staff at all levels of the organisation and show tact and discretion.
* Advanced working knowledge of PC architecture.
* Able to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a manner in which they can understand it.
* Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and deliver to deadlines.
