Annual Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Job Type: Full-timeJoin a well-established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor with over 50 years of excellence in the construction industry. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to work on both reactive and planned maintenance across a variety of settings including commercial and domestic environments.
Day-to-day of the role:
Conduct reactive maintenance tasks such as identifying and rectifying leaks, replacing faulty parts in plumbing systems, and troubleshooting issues with boilers and heating systems.
Perform planned maintenance checks and services on systems including boilers, hot and cold water supplies, heating, and ventilation.
Work closely with the Customer Care team to schedule post-project completion visits during the defect period.
Provide high-quality maintenance and small works for local businesses.
Ensure effective communication and reporting back to the office regarding material requirements and client updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of five years relevant experience in construction, specifically in installation or maintenance.
NVQ in Plumbing - both domestic and commercial.
NVQ in Heating and Ventilation.
Gas Safe Qualified (Domestic as a minimum).
Possession of a relevant trade CSCS skills card.
Full UK Driver's License.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work respectfully and communicate effectively in client homes and offices.
Ability to work independently and proactively, making informed decisions as needed.

Standard working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch.
