£38,000 Base Salary, Plus Tronc (OTE £50-£57,000pa)

Kyloe, Edinburgh's leading independent gourmet steak restaurant, is on the lookout for an ambitious, guest experience driven and standards-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team. Located within the 4 Silver Star accredited Rutland Hotel in the West end, this AA rosette-rated eatery proudly collaborates with some of Scotland's finest suppliers and farms to deliver exceptional dining experiences firmly centred around Scotland’s incredible larder. We seek a manager with a robust background in leadership and people development, capable of guiding the team to provide exceptional service standards and create memorable experiences - with key focuses on engagement, creativity & fun.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Upholding and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and hospitality within the team and venue. Leading and managing a team of junior managers, promoting their personal and professional growth.
2. Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial goals, focusing on Wage Controls, Average Spend Per Head, and Total Revenue.
3. Inspiring, motivating, and developing a highly skilled and driven Front of House Team.
4. Overseeing all facets of Operations, team development, and Guest Relations with guidance from senior management.
5. Ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and safety standards are consistently met.
