The company's South division seeks a Technical Coordinator to join the Technical team in Addlestone, Surrey. This role offers an experienced Technician the opportunity to grow and develop their career with Crest Nicholson.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Technical Management team in conducting technical appraisals of potential development land, ensuring timely delivery of results.
* Provide cost-effective solutions for developing land, ensuring it can be properly serviced and constructed.
* Liaise with statutory authorities on strategic land acquisitions, planning appeals, and technical studies, negotiating with consultants and obtaining reports.
* Collaborate with external partners to prepare detailed design programmes and manage production information, aligning with business objectives.
* Contribute to Technical and Services budgets, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
* Engineering Technical experience from an Architectural Consultancy or Developer background.
* Previous experience in the House Building or Construction sector.
* Degree-educated in relevant disciplines, such as Architecture, Design, Planning, Civil Engineering, or the Built Environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex technical drawings and plans.
* Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
