The firm are open to looking at people ideally 1-2 PQE but will consider more experienced.
Key responsibilities include managing a personal caseload of Employment matters to include but not limited to:
* Disputes with your employer
* Unfair dismissal
* Constructive dismissal
* Redundancy
* Settlement Agreements
* Grievances
* Disciplinary
* ACAS Early Conciliation (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service)
* Changes to terms & conditions
* Restrictive covenants
* Discrimination
* Bullying & harassment
* Maternity, Paternity, and Family Issues
* Directors’ disputes
* Legal Expenses Insurance
