The role and school
We are looking to recruit a passionate, compassionate, and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in line with the needs outlined in their EHC Plan. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be confident, supportive, and skilled in behavior management, with excellent nurturing abilities to help motivate and inspire pupils to achieve their goals.

Requirements
To be considered for the Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Have the ability to build strong, professional relationships with parents, carers, colleagues, and other professionals is also crucial.
Hold Level 2 or above in a Teaching Assistant Qualification.
Will be experienced in a long-term KS2 classroom within a primary school.
Posses a high standard of empathy and care, along with a calm and supportive approach.
