Key Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture relationships with key employees within our customer base.
* Develop and implement plans to address clients’ business needs.
* Advise clients on creating profitable processes and ensure satisfaction through regular meetings.
* Act as the primary point of contact for complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
* Assist the sales team in up-selling or cross-selling services and products.
* Ensure adherence to contract terms and study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
* Set and diligently work towards meeting sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate client records on our CRM system and stay abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* A self-starter with a successful track record in customer relationship management, ideally within the professional services and technology sectors.
* Proven experience in growing accounts and meeting/exceeding targets.
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
* BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
