Further Key Responsibilities: Enter employee data into the HR system and create relevant reports. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes and keeping the relevant portals up to date. Arrange employee inductions and carry out right to work checks and employment reference checks. Support with sickness absence and the return-to-work process. Organise and maintain personnel records. Help promote and administer the Stobbs benefits packages Supporting the People Executive and People Chief as necessary. Essential skills and experience We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in an HR admin role, that has strong administration and data management skills. Further key requirements below; Ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise workload. Excellent communication skills – writing clearly, listening critically and managing conflict. An approachable manner. A strong sense of ethics, confidentiality and integrity. Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word. CIPD Level 3 would be desirable but not essential. Firm culture is important at Stobbs - friendly, social, approachable and where we look after each other.
