We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking Accounts Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience (at least 2 years) of working in an accounting practice.
You will be required to work as part of a team and will take responsibility for meeting weekly/monthly/quarterly deadlines for clients.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Preparing sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts to a high standard.
* Accurately processing the clients data e.g Xero, Sage.
* Managing client relationships.
* Preparing and reviewing VAT returns.
* Preparing corporation tax computations and CT600 returns.
* Preparing personal tax returns.

We are based out of our Motherwell office and currently are set up with an agile approach to home and office working tailored with a fully modern IT set up that allows for truly agile working.
Experience:
* Accounting: 2 years ideally.
* Bookkeeping: 2 years ideally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
