Portsmouth Football Club is looking to expand its Academy Match Day Operations Team and has a vacancy for a Casual Academy Matchday Co-ordinator.
Working at various venues in and near to the city, the role will consist of supporting the safety and match day experience of home and away team players, staff, parents, and match officials, and directing them to the relevant area of the venue. This will include coordinating orderly parking of coaches & cars. The role also involves looking after changing rooms, match day pitch equipment (goals/ corner flags), assistance with general administration, and managing visiting scouts.
Once all set up procedures are carried out, you will facilitate parents’ and visitors’ refreshments and support academy staff where necessary.
About The Candidate
You must have the following:
* The role will be based at various match venues in and around Portsmouth; having a driving licence and regular access to a vehicle is essential.
* Right to work in the UK must be held prior to applying.
* You must satisfy all DBS and Club Employment checks.
* FA safeguarding training must be concluded prior to commencing in the role.
