Bell Group is seeking a driven and friendly Admin Assistant with construction experience to join our thriving Exeter branch. In this key role, you'll support the team with a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process contract paperwork, sales, and orders using ERP system
- Create contract files and issue staff contracts
- Manage operatives' holidays and assemble Health & Safety files
- Handle incoming calls and general office duties
- Administer training records and provide support to branch and regional staff
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in construction administration
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Minimum GCSE Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
