This exciting role will include: Conduct assessment needs of learners including preparing learners for EPA. Be able to train/coach/assess across a range of programmes, including online courses. Establish & maintain effective partnerships with employers & learners. Provide appropriate information, advice, teaching, learning & assessment. Work closely with employers, Managers & curriculum staff where applicable to ensure timely completion Establishing and monitoring a safe working environment for any potential learner at an employer site. Compliance with ESFA & other authorities with respect to the accurate completion of learner paperwork & any policies and procedure. Plan, manage & organise a caseload of learners. Stay updated with industry best practices, regulations, & emerging technologies to improve assessment accuracy and efficiency If you can demonstrate the following then we’d love to hear from you: Engineering occupational competence & qualifications up to level 4 in Engineering & Maintenance Operations, Machining & Manufacturing. Engineering occupational competence & qualifications in Mechatronics, Robotics & Electronics (desirable) Strong knowledge of Engineering apprenticeship standards and the requirements for End Point Assessment (desirable) Hold a TAQA Assessors qualification or equivalent i.e. A1/D32/D33 Hold a TAQA IQA qualification or equivalent (desirable) i.e. V1/D34 Be willing to travel.
