As the Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in delivering excellent quality and service levels for our clients. With wide ranging responsibility for a number of operational tasks and systems, this role represents an excellent opportunity to develop new skills in a number of areas. Answering directly to the directors, the role includes managing internal systems, customer-facing systems, supporting staff and clients, training and general business administration.
The successful candidate will be involved in our IT and systems management, privacy, supporting sales bids and alongside this, supporting our client management and execution teams. There are currently two remote team members over which this role also has responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Onboarding of new Staff, through the introduction to and training on internal systems and tools. Including the Google Workspace, Salesforce CRM, Ringover telephony and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Maintaining the Asset Register with the allocation and status of all computer equipment.
* IT and hardware stock management and placing orders with third party suppliers as necessary.
* Development of process documents and videos to assist staff and client onboarding and ongoing training.
* Oversee and manage our internal Salesforce CRM, including data management, template creation, cadence development, user support and report generation.
* Management of Excelerate360 outbound Lead Generation email campaigns.
* Managing and allocating to your team, prospect list generation using our third party data providers, AI tools etc. Cleansing, deduping and uploading prospect data into Salesforce CRM.
* Provision of encrypted prospect lists to Account Managers and clients.
* Onboarding new team members, working with managers to ensure completion of mandatory training like Hiscox Cyber Security Training.
* Registering and packaging computer equipment for shipment to new employees, cleansing data, cleaning and registering computer equipment returned from employees.
* Management of Manual Research projects, from brief development, monitoring team output, to data delivery with analysis to Account Managers and Clients.
* Managing/overseeing the screening of Salesforce CRM data against the CTPS on a monthly and TPS on a quarterly basis.
* Managing a team to deliver accurate recording of daily, weekly and monthly BDE activity statistics for internal and external reporting.
* Issuing and monitoring client completion of privacy agreements, supporting with GDPR and other privacy legislation. Understand and adhere to GDPR best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
* Excellent Computer Skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Creativity and initiative
* Good written and spoken English Language skills
* Training on all outlined systems and tools will be provided
* Degree preferred but not required
