Hours – Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm
The Recruitment Group is proud to be working busy multi-utility energy consultant based in the heart of Leicester.
The successful candidate must have experience in energy sales and a proven track record in selling in this industry. They will contact prospective business customers to arrange gas & electricity supply contracts and convert leads from our lead generation team.

• Standard commission rate of 20%.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Sales Broker:
• Providing excellent customer service
• Closing deals
• Processing documentation after the sales process is complete
• Writing contracts and supervising transactions
• Hiring, training, and managing real estate agents
Experience/knowledge requirements for the Sales Broker:
• At least 1 years’ experience in energy sales.
• Track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent phone manner and rapport building skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• IT literate.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude who works well in a team
