JOB PURPOSE
As the HR Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance Manager, you will
-Be responsible for the governance and maintenance of the Global HR Process Taxonomy including promoting usage across HR Operations, ensuring all processes are kept up to date, and key controls are documented
-Act as an internal consultant providing advice and coaching to others on the practical application of recognised continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
-Utilises experience with process mapping to lead on complex process re-engineering activities in collaboration with operations teams
-Ensure CI initiatives and corresponding benefits realisation are documented and aligned to the strategic objectives of the HR Operations function
-Work with operational leads and other CI professionals across the business to promote a culture of CI creating mechanisms which pro-actively encourage others to identify and implement improvements
-Facilitate cross-team root cause analysis in response to complex service failures challenging others to identify mitigations that are sustainable and proportionate
-Define a consistent approach to Quality Assurance including the frequency of checks, how checks are undertaken, and how results are reported
-Manage delivery of short and medium term projects to agreed timelines and budget whilst ensuring adherence to Burberry's project governance and change management frameworks
-Seek to identify opportunities to utilise enabling technology to simplify, de-risk, and automate processes
-Collaborate with others to challenge the status quo and conventional thinking in the pursuit of operational excellence
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will own:
-HR Process Taxonomy (including governance, ongoing maintenance, and promoting utilisation)
-Approach to process documentation including process templates and where documentation is stored
-Quality assurance framework including monthly reporting cadence and approach to undertaking checks
-The sharing of data insight and analysis to inform potential future improvements
-Developing internal capabilities with practical use of continuous improvement methodology
-CI Roadmap including planned, in flight, and delivered initiatives (including associated benefits tracking)
