Applications are invited for a post within the Workforce Systems Team for HR & OD Systems Administrator, Band 4, based in Ninewells Hospital.
The postholder will support the administration of these national Workforce systems:
* eESS (Electronic Employee Support System) - the NHS Scotland HR system based on Oracle eBusiness Suite.
* TURAS Appraisal - the application for recording the appraisal information of Health and Care staff.
* JobTrain - National digital recruitment system for NHS Scotland.
* iMatter – the tool for administering the staff experience survey.
Applicants should be educated to diploma level in a subject relevant to systems administration or have equivalent knowledge gained through experience in systems administration. Training will be provided on the systems in use as required.
The ability to identify errors or problems and work to resolution will be required in addition to the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy. The postholder will also possess good communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a team.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.

Hours of work are: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
Fixed Term/ Secondment post until 31 March 2026.
