The Payroll Services Team provide payroll and “time and attendance” administration for all NHS Tayside employees and Managers. Due to a vacancy arising, we are recruiting a member of staff to provide specific support to our SSTS (Scottish Standard Time System) Team. The SSTS Team is responsible for the administration of the Scottish Standard Time System, which is used by all wards/departments to record employee working patterns and absences in order to generate appropriate salary payments for processing, by our Payroll system. As an SSTS Administrator, you will be responsible for updating the system to reflect employee and employment changes, undertaking various quality assurance checks and providing advice and guidance to system users. Attention to detail and ability to problem solve is required, as well as maintaining high standards of accuracy whilst working to strict deadlines. Good communication and organisation skills are key requirements as well as a commitment to delivering excellent customer care.
