Reporting To: Director of Sales
Primary Focus: Driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships using CRM software
Location: Office-based with some field-based responsibilities, traveling across the UK
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business plans
Utilize CRM software to manage relationships and track sales
Identify new business opportunities through networking and research
Collaborate with teams to align objectives and enhance services

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven business development and sales experience (ideally in transport/FMCG/fresh & frozen foods, though not essential)
Skills: CRM software proficiency, analytical thinking, market research, communication, client relationship building
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + commission (OTE £50,000 - £60,000)
