Role:
1. To provide visible and accessible resident engagement in the community.
2. To proactively manage your case workload in relation to tenancy and estate matters and enquiriesfrom customers including Tenants, Leaseholders, Shared Owners, and stakeholders.
3. To be actively involved in the delivery of Neighbourhood Plans, estate management and improvements and engage with partners and stakeholders within the community.
4. To ensure that Safeguarding/Domestic Abuse/Tenancy Support cases and Antisocial Behaviour/Tenancy Enforcement cases are managed in accordance with our policies and procedures.
5. To coordinate the management of emergencies such as fire or flood in our homes or on our estates, including decants and liaison with partner organisations.
Neighbourhood Officer – Housing Association – What You Need:
6. Excellent organisational and case management skills with the ability to follow processes, procedures and meet challenging targets whilst working in a fast paced and high-pressured environment
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders
8. Experience working in Social Housing
