Field Based Sales Role - Frequent UK travel required.
We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a leader in the design and manufacturing of high-quality PPE and specialised products serving critical industries.

We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our business, strengthening client relationships, and driving sales in these critical industries. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a portfolio of key commercial accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
2. Identify and secure new business opportunities across PPE, emergency response, oil & gas, and public sector industries.
3. Provide consultative sales solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
6. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.
7. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth in line with strategic goals.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Experience in developing and managing a portfolio of key commercial accounts.
2. Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities across relevant industries.
3. Capability to provide consultative sales solutions tailored to client needs.
4. Experience working closely with internal teams for service delivery.
5. Understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
6. Skills in preparing and presenting sales proposals and contract negotiations.
7. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
