We require a PM Shift Warehouse Manager (2 pm to 10.30 pm) to maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products. Measure and address the effectiveness of employee performance and warehousing activities. Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area. Monitor and continually improve the Depot KPI's as set out by the Operations Director.
1. Control and organize storage and inventory of customer products including live orders.
2. Management of the onsite team of supervisors and warehouse operatives.
3. Ensure the accuracy of inventory and shipments, inbound and outbound.
4. Communicate position expectations and train employees on Standard Operating Procedures.
5. Work with the QC Manager on all aspects of H&S.
6. Define staffing needs and allocate workload.
7. Interact with stakeholders to resolve problems or answer questions.
8. Maintain records and utilize specialized reports (WMS).
9. Implement new methods, processes, and improvements in line with the depot's vision.
10. Identify operational needs in line with development of workforce and daily workload.
11. Consult and organize activities with other teams and departments.
12. Deputize in the Depot Manager's absence.
