A leading Manufacturing organization is recruiting for a highly organized and detailed-oriented Administrator to join the team. The role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting sales administration, and maintaining effective communication within the team. This is a Full Time Office based role and requires someone with strong computer literacy skills and technical knowledge. Training will be provided on the in-house computer system. ROLE: Managing customer enquires and orders via phone and email. Process sales and purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices and liaising with the finance team as needed. Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in alladministrative functions. Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in an office administration role. Professional telephone manner. Strong communication and customer service skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Tech savvy. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
