Looking to recruit a Helpdesk Team Leader to join a leading Maintenance contractor based in Woking delivering Repairs to Local Authority properties.
This role involves:
1. Overseeing job data accuracy.
2. Supporting the training and development of a small administrative team.
3. Ensuring client KPIs are met in a dynamic call centre environment.
4. Understanding the end-to-end process of delivering repairs and the key roles involved in achieving it.
5. Monitoring call reports and producing data to provide insights into productivity.
6. Managing team performance, resolving conflicts and performance issues to ensure positive outcomes.
7. Ensuring job management systems are updated promptly and accurately.
