An opportunity has arisen for an highly motivated professional Senior Administrator / Project Support Officer to work as part of a growing dynamic team to support Acute & Crisis Directorate Management team and nominated Senior Management team members in the delivering safe and effective acute and crisis mental health services to residents across, Bexley, Bromley, and Greenwich.
The place of work will be in our directorate office at Pinewood House, Dartford and other sites as required; however, the trust does have an agile working policy in place. The successful candidates will have organisational and communication skills, be proficient minute takers with excellent keyboard skills and have advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), as well has having excellent administration skill the post holder will be able to provide administrative support in the development and production of project plans.
Reporting to the Business Office Administration Manager, this role is a key position, acting as the first point of contact for senior management, dealing with enquiries, and effective diary management. You will be supporting both internal and external colleagues and will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks.
To support with all office admin management responsibilities and with a project admin support role in an efficient and professional manner. This involves supporting the Business Office Administration Manager to ensure a coordinated and seamless service is delivered to support senior managers within the Directorate.
As a key member of the team, the post holder will provide project and administration support to the Acute and Crisis Directorate. This will include supporting senior managers for the preparation, implementation and delivery of new solutions and processes. The post holder will be the central point of access and contact for specific seniors within the Directorate as directed by the line manager.

Project Support
• Project support role is responsible for coordinating and managing key project events including numerous work stream scheduling activities. The key purpose of the role of to provide high quality effective administrative support to the programme/project staff as assigned, ensuring that the programme/ project administration is completed to agreed timescales. You may be assigned to provide personal support to one or more of the programme leadership team, or to support one of the programme’s project teams.
Key Responsibilities General Administration
• Provide general administrative support, including arranging meetings, gathering papers and information, taking minutes of high level management meetings, monitoring of action logs and ensuring updates received, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act proactively to ensure that all members of the team are kept informed of progress across any current projects using appropriate project products such as meeting notes, action logs, and briefing relating to the different project work streams.
• Devise and maintain administrative and operational processes and systems, including data management and filing.
• Complete and create various packs and papers for training or operational purposes.
• Diary and email management: manage calendar(s) of designated senior managers, ensuring that conflicting requests are appropriately prioritised, and ensuring that emails are managed effectively
• Communications: manage and process correspondence, using judgement to prioritise work requiring the attention of the leadership team
