Customer Service Technician
Are you an experienced tradesperson with a knack for customer service? Our client, an industry-leading regional house builder, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Technician to join their team covering developments across Devon and Cornwall.
About the Role
In this role, you'll:
1. Carry out maintenance and repairs on new-build properties, ensuring top-quality finishes.
2. Build strong relationships with customers and the head office, keeping all parties informed throughout the process.
3. Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy, upholding their outstanding reputation.
4. Work safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate records of completed tasks.
What You'll Need
Our ideal candidate will have:
1. A strong trade background, with experience in carpentry, decoration, and general maintenance.
2. Customer-focused experience, ideally within the new-build housing sector.
3. Attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
4. The ability to work independently, adapt to changing situations, and think on your feet.
5. Proficiency in using laptops and an organized, self-motivated approach.
Key Requirements
1. A full UK driving license (essential).
2. Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work alone.
