2-5 years in technical sales, consistently meeting targets
Strong understanding of hardware and software integration
Experience managing client relationships in a defined territory
Proven track record in solution-based selling
Comfort with CRM systems and sales reporting
Technical Knowledge:
Background in energy, technology, or HVAC sectors
Understanding of technical product specifications
IEE electrical/electronic HNC/HND advantageous
Ability to translate technical features into client benefits
