Care Assistant Role Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our Adhoc Community Care team in Sleaford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred care and support to clients
* Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Support clients with mobility and transfers
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Requirements and qualifications:
To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be physically fit and able to lift or move clients if required. You will also need to have a caring and compassionate nature, with a passion for helping others.
