Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agency in the Witham area, are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their team.
Working Hours:
1. Mondays to Friday
2. Early finish on a Friday!
3. Saturdays - Day in lieu when a Saturday is worked
The successful Assistant Branch Manager will be offered:

5. OTE £50,000

To be considered for the Assistant Branch Manager Role you must have:
10. Previous experience in estate agency
11. Experience completing valuations and winning instructions
12. Full Driving license
13. Be driven and self-motivated
14. Be personable
As an Assistant Branch Manager, your role will include but not be limited to
15. Supporting the Branch manager in the daily duties of running the office
16. Assisting in the development of the other members of the team
17. Undertake valuations and winning instructions
18. Supporting the progression of sales
