Are you highly organised, proactive, and great with people? We’re looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team, playing a key role in scheduling and coordinating repair and maintenance jobs. This is initially offered on a 5 month fixed term contract, ASAP start for the right individual The day to day Plan and schedule repair/maintenance jobs to ensure engineers can work efficiently. Work within the complaints team, managing high-level cases. Liaise with operatives and customers, diagnosing issues and coordinating complex repairs requiring multiple trades or specialist contractors. Manage communications to ensure jobs are completed smoothly and issues are resolved quickly. Handle admin tasks, including phone calls, reports, and scheduling updates.
