Responsibilities:
1. Processing of daily orders captured via email and from customers directly.
2. Resolving any issues regarding deliveries/order capture in liaison with the warehouse.
3. Providing delivery information received via telephone and email.
4. Resolving customer enquiries and providing quotes.
5. Being able to think on your feet and make quick decisions based on the information you have to hand.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar Transport/Logistics role.
