Who are we looking for? We are looking for a proactive and personable individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You will act as the key link between our construction teams and local communities, ensuring residents and businesses are well-informed and supported throughout our projects. Handling queries and complaints with professionalism, you will work to maintain positive relationships while mitigating disruptions. Strong organisation and attention to detail are essential, as you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating trades, and ensuring smooth workflows within customer properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in community engagement, customer service, or a similar role within construction, housing, or infrastructure. You must be resilient, adaptable, and confident in handling challenging conversations while maintaining a customer-focused approach. A team player, you will collaborate closely with site management and operational teams to uphold company policies and enhance the resident experience. A full UK driving licence is required and access to a vehicle with business cover insurance due to site visits and community engagement responsibilities. The role of a Customer Liaison Officer at The Casey Group Organise and attend resident/business consultation events and open days. Gather, share, and act on feedback from client representatives. Communicate pre-start information to residents via letters, calls, and visits, ensuring awareness of works, timelines, and disruption minimisation. Identify and provide tailored support for vulnerable residents, including elderly and infirm tenants. Schedule and coordinate trades to ensure efficient workflows in customer properties. Maintain strong communication with site management and workforce. Follow internal company policies and procedures. Provide aftercare to address concerns and ensure resident/business satisfaction.
